    This is the absolute worst location, i can't say terrible customer service becuase i was never serviced. The entire hour and a half I stood waiting and not even a hello. The overall company is not bad but the employees in the palisades location are awful. The best buy in Monroe ny has always recieved a 5 star review from me, they offer assistance before you even enter the building.

    Let me start off by saying Angelica in Mobile is the most amazing person I’ve ever had to encounter at a Best Buy store. She has given me the best customer service I’ve ever had at any retail store. She is so sweet takes her time and had to deal with my account which was a mess. She dedicated her time to making sure the situation was handled to our expectations. I recommend everyone go and ask for her when you need any services at Best Buy Mobile. She is a true professional and living in Nj I will go to that Best Buy just because of the great service she has given to me and my husband.

    Best Buy. My wife and I went there last Saturday, bought a TV, arranged a delivery date and time frame (This past Saturday between 4 and 8 PM). Arranged for the old one to be hauled away. We get a call at 5PM Saturday from "Customer Care" wanting to know if we want to reschedule the pickup of the old TV. I asked why would I do that? When you deliver the new one, put the old one on the truck where the new one was. That's when she said that her records show that we're supposed to pick up the new one. I'm holding the receipt with the date and time of delivery on it. She tells me to call the store. Call the store: Please enter your phone number from the order. Invalid. We enter all possible phone numbers. All invalid. Call "Customer Care" back. The only human I can get is a woman from Geek Squad. She was lovely. Spent 45 minutes with me. She sees all the orders in a seperate data base. As far as she can see, the deilvery and pickup are still on. It's now 7PM. She connects me to the store. They can't figure out who changed it or why. They'll call back. They call back to set up a new delivery, We want it Saturday. Nope. Next avaiable is 2/10. Now they want to do it during the week. You screwed up, and you want us to take time off from work to accept delivery? Monday 4-8 is settled upon. My wife calls them back: "you know what, cancel the order, cancel my Best Buy account. We're never setting foot in a Best Buy again". The only reason I wasn't at the store raising hell, was because we were babysitting for my granddaughter. The only reason I'm giving them one star, is because I can't give them zero stars. Best Buy sucks
