- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★September 05, 2019, by Suzanne CaldeiraI thought I lost my credit card and as I panicked retracing my steps I called the Bath and Body works in the Palisades Mall level 3 and spoke with manager Toby Dunn who was very kind and helpful. It turned out my card was in my hamper (thank goodness) but I always appreciate a kind and good hearted conversation. Customer service is key, and I will be returning my business to that location.
